Some of the services we offer include:

De-installations
We offer a full de-installation service where we can collect the unwanted assets for disposal or refurbishment ready for re-use. This service can be combined with the roll-out of new assets, and can include the co-ordination of the logistics as well as all asset tracking.

Logistics
We can collect assets and return them to IT Tools from anywhere in Sydney. To help with the transportation, we can supply packaging material and labels in advance, organise the collection of the assets and transport them back to IT Tools. All assets are tracked on an individual basis from pick-up to drop-off. This service allows you to take advantage of our special rates with the added bonus that all insurance risk is transferred to us during the delivery.

Data destruction
We provide a range of data destruction, from simple hard disk formatting (F-Disk & All Gone), physical destruction of the hard drive and replacement with a new hard drive.

Cleaning
We provide a cleaning service to ensure your used assets are in a suitable state for return from lease and subsequent remarketing. This includes removing all identifying stickers, asset-tracking numbers, glue, and cleaning with mild detergent. Heavily soiled equipment can also be specially cleaned with a more intensive process.

Peripherals
All assets we handle are checked to ensure all peripherals are returned. This includes cables, keyboards, mice, power supplies, carry bags etc. IT Tools can also provide replacements, or upgrades, if required.

Staff Sales
As a special service to our clients we can sell used assets to their staff at a discounted rate. Each asset has been inspected, tested and completely refurbished and is in excellent order and comes with a warranty. Sales can be via our website through a secure connection.

Redeployment
Increasingly businesses are wishing to extend the life of their IT equipment - in addition to normal services; we can take back client-owned or extended lease equipment and refurbish it. We can upgrade memory; hard drive, peripherals or software, and either return it to service or store it until you are ready to use it again.

Remarketing
We provide a full remarketing service on a profit-share basis for our clients' owned equipment. We provide any of the above services required to get end-of-life assets back to IT Tools, sell the assets via our network of dealers, direct end-user sales, and exports, and share the resulting profits after expenses with the client
